Eric Rojo serves as IIA’s Director of Homeland Security. Col. Rojo is a concepts and strategy authority with over 30 years experience in the areas of supply chain management, international business and transportation, international customs coordination and anticorruption, joint cargo inspection facilities and pre-shipment inspection (PSI). He is currently providing C-TPAT certification and other multimodal transportation related services in Mexico. Eric Rojo is a long time member of the US-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and is currently serving as the organization’s Senior Vice President for Operations, having participated in a large number of efforts in support of strengthening business, trade and productivity ties between Mexico and the U.S. He held a position as the Senior Executive and Homeland Security National Practice

Leader with the Shaw Group, where he focused on national, industry, state and local critical infrastructure. Retired from the U.S. Army, Col. Rojo has many years of field experience in vulnerability, site, and management reviews. He participated in the DOE Nuclear Weapons Security Evaluation and remediation programs, the Strategic Petroleum Reserve security management oversight, and with the Republic of Colombia pipeline sabotage fact-finding team. During the Reagan Administration, Col. Rojo was appointed to the U.S. Department of Energy and held various positions including Principal Executive to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Energy for Energy Emergencies; chair of the DOE Inter Agency Group on Energy Vulnerabilities; and served as liaison with the Mexican Secretary of Energy. |
