Robert (Bob) L. Marshall, Chief Financial Officer, Integrated Infrastructure Analytics, Inc., has twenty-five years experience in accounting, financial services, financial management, human resource management, and taxation. From 1983 through 2001, Mr. Marshall specialized in credit unions: working as an accountant, auditor, branch manager, chief executive officer, chief financial officer, chief investment officer, chief information systems officer, director of finance and administration, and operations vice president. After leaving credit unions in 2001, he was recruited by a nonprofit group, The Human Rights Alliance to bring them into government compliance. He took the company through a very difficult Inspector

General’s audit and established new guidelines that would enable them to obtain potentially larger State Department grants. In 2003, he founded B.O.A. & Associates Accounting & Consulting Group, which provides “reasonable and affordable” accounting, financial, and taxation assistance. He also is the accountant/consultant for The Congressional Award Foundation, a non-profit organization sponsored in part by Congress. Mr. Marshall holds a Bachelors of Science in International Financial Management with minors in Accounting and Corporate Finance. |
