Shawn Badolato is the CEO of Integrated Infrastructure Analytics, Inc. She is responsible for managing the company’s daily operations and overseeing business development, integrated marketing, and sales activities. Ms. Badolato also maintains a leadership role in championing and coordinating the activities of the IIA team experts by promoting speaking engagements, pitching interviews for broadcast and print media, and bringing their expertise to client presentations. She also spearheads IIA’s Learning Management Institute and serves as the company’s spokesperson, writing for educational and technical publications and speaking at trade conferences. Shawn Badolato launched her career working for several prestigious nonprofit organizations such as the International Life Sciences Institute, the Association for Information and Image Management, and the National Association of Home Builders where she became an experienced client and contract negotiator.
After working nearly 15 years with professional and trade associations, she established Beyer Publishing in 1999, adding Shawn Beyer Marketing and Communications Strategies to her portfolio in 2007. Under her leadership, these firms handled several high-profile publishing projects for IIA and developed a Web marketing strategy for the company. Ms. Badolato holds a bachelors degree from the University of Maryland in Communications and completed a graduate-level publishing program at George Washington University.
